We implement continuous education programs dedicated to sales departments in companies by means of such tools as:
– Case study
Employees think individually or in teams about the best solution to a problem facing a salesman. They use additional questions. They send their answers to superiors and/or a trainer who provide them with feedback on the proposed solution. Such a model enables substantive communication between superiors (sometimes the board) and the team. It enables discussion and creative approach to problems.
– Thematic quiz
Allows one to check the level of knowledge and progress of employees. It can be used as a tool to assess knowledge or as a reminder of the topics of the workshops.
Employees receive an e– mail, at specified intervals, with a link to a page where after logging in they answer 10– 20 questions included in the multiple choice test.
