CO-FOUNDER AND CO-OWNER OF 4RESULTS
In 4Results I am responsible for the development of the offer for services companies, mainly from the financial, outsourcing (SSC, BPO and KPO) and IT sectors. In addition, I run key implementation projects or participate in their implementation. My jobs is to ensure desired business results for customers by optimizing structures, organizational culture and the way in which the organization works. I specialize in solving strategic and operational problems through the implementation of new management systems (e.g. lean methods, MBO). The aim of my work is to develop effective business processes and implement desired operational and strategic changes. I focus not only on results, but also on leading customers through the process of change.
My many years of experience include dozens of strategic implementation projects and hundreds of soft workshops on the management and manager's effectiveness. Before founding 4Results I worked, among others, as a consultant at Andersen Consulting in the area of creating system solutions, performance management systems as well as incentive and assessment systems. At House of Skills I was a project manager and a leader of change and competence development projects. In TP SA I was a leader of change projects.
I have the following certificates: Business Process Modelling & Design (IRM UK), leader of change and shaping the culture of the organization (ITIM) and ICC (coaching).
I implemented coaching and training projects for such companies such as: Autotur, Aviva / Commercial Union, BZ WBK, Carlsberg, Com 40, DEC, Kamis, KGHM, Kruszwica, Mondial Assistance, Nowa Dolina Nidy, Orange / TP SA, PZU, Raben, Raiffeisen Insurance, Samsung, Warta.
