In 4Results I am responsible for the sales and marketing improvement services. In addition to the development of the offer I also manage projects. My job is to provide customers with possibly the most comprehensive support in one of the most important areas of their business –  sales and marketing. I get involved at the level of strategy, which gives rise to specific recommendations and actions for all levels of the organization. Among other things, I shape strategies based on the "Focus on Core" approach. Depending on the situation of the Customer I work in a broad or strategic scope or I focus on selected issues which require improvement or change.

By improving sales, I help Customers to go smoothly through the process of change while maintaining the highest level of safety possible and at the same time making sure that at the end desired business results are delivered (medium–  and long– term goals). In companies I implement the culture based on teams' responsibility for the key direction of the company's development by means of incentive programs combined with an operational plan. I develop methods for organizing, improving and developing teams in face of parallel organizational changes.

I conduct mentoring and coaching sessions for employees performing an important role in the development of the organization.

For over 10 years I worked in managerial positions (marketing and sales) at Mars Polska (Masterfoods). I was responsible for team development and management as well as brand management. I implemented numerous campaigns for Snickers brand in Poland and Central Europe, including "And you go on!" ["I jedziesz dalej"], "You're not you when you're hungry". I coordinated the increased efficiency projects in Central Europe. As a member of the Market Board of Mars Polska I influenced the development process of operational management and development of the organization. I also worked as an an Interim Manager (including the Managing Director and Sales Director) responsible for the implementation of new strategies, development of remedial and optimization measures, rebuilding and restructuring of the sales department in the areas of finance and contacts with customers.

I conducted coaching/training projects for: Mars, Storck, Biella, Ellert, Merck, Hochland, Indykpol, BRW, TBM Snacks, Trodat, Erbud, Bonduelle, Iglotex, Lafarge.
