I help clients in building and strengthening teams focused on results and objectives. I specialize in business transformation projects in operational and sales areas and customer service. I usually work with clients on a strategic level – with boards and division managers, developing key projects to support the implementation of the strategy. In the role of the project manager, coach and trainer I support optimization processes in companies: we develop the best methods for improving management, implementing change and we also prepare plans for safe and effective restructuring. I systematically deepen my knowledge in the field of Performance Management at the strategic and operational level.
For 4 years I managed, coordinated or participated in several projects based on the GPL methodology in different companies belonging to the ING Group in Poland. I developed new distribution channels for financial services of ING Group: structure of sales and leasing brokers. I was involved in the implementation of the CRM system to handle several million individual customers, using a variety of financial services groups. For nearly two years I managed a Contact Center consisting of a few dozen people who handle customers and sales network. This is where I implemented the principles of qualitative interview assessment and an incentive program based on individual performance of employees.
I graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics. I hold a Prine2 Practitioner project leader certificate, Green Belt Lean Six Sigma and ICC coach certificate.
