I am responsible for the strategic development and shaping of the 4Results offer in the area of support and human capital development. By working with customers I get involved on the strategic level: I provide consultancy services and co– create optimum ways for solving specific business problems. Because it is people who drive performance in organizations, I make sure that the results of working with people translate, in the first place, in the achievement of customer goals. I watch over the quality of executed implementations and often I also personally join key projects. I specialize in the development of managerial competencies, supporting difficult
