In 4Results I am responsible for making changes to customers based on the methodology Positive Productivity®  developed by team 4Results.

I have extensive experience in implementing change in complex business organizations, effective streamlining processes, transformation and restructuring.

I conducted a number of complex deployments of ERP systems.

I develop tools to support the methodology Positive Productivity® whose task is to effectively support the implementation of changes aimed at increasing the productivity of teams and a positive attitude to the tasks.

This methodology, is used in more than 10 countries.

Before 4Results, I have worked for leading international consulting companies and companies providing outsourcing services, providing services to both large international organizations as well as Polish companies.

I made projects, for the following organizations: Arcelor Mittal Polska, RWE, Energa, KGHM, PGNiG, PKN Orlen, Vattenfall, EDF, PSE, Tauron, CapGemini, PKP, ARP, UKTI.
