Impact on organisational culture

We see organisational culture as a functional culture that best supports the implementation of the company's goals. We use diagnostic tools, such as our own Culture Assessment Tool and Engaging Culture questionnaires. We also use Kim Cameron's diagnostic tool "competing value model". Creating a functional culture is the basis for the implementation of the competence model when implementing changes in the organisation or launching a new strategy.

Talent
management

We help you define competences for talented emploees (Master Person Analysis). We prepare employees for new functions within the organisation (High potentials). We support staff redeployment and promotion, and we also co-create succession plans (see the "support in the succession process" section). We combine training, mentoring and coaching with real business needs; participants of our programmes oversee real projects, performing specific roles in change processes. We also run an annual Talent Academy.

Support in the process of succession

We implement projects to support the process of succession, both in family-run businesses and non-family succession. We partner with you in creating and executing succession plans. Our activities take into account generational differences and ensure that the process runs safely, minimising business risk, taking into account the autonomy of both the successor and senior.
