Leadership is one of the strongest factors influencing the organization because the quality and style of management affects people – their commitment, cooperation, approach and attitude to performed tasks.
Effective leadership and effective management have a direct impact on the stability of the company, its safe development and the extent of strategy implementation. Therefore, when working with people and implementing various programs to optimize the business, a lot of attention is paid to the quality of leadership in the organization.
What distinguishes us in the development of leaders?
We focus on the so-called comprehensive leadership based on the concept of four-color personalities of C.G. Jung. Our model almost always works, it is practical as it quickly allows one to achieve desired results in business.
Challenges of a present– day manager in terms of C.G. Jung colours :
- To manage and activate different generations of workers. The young (Generation Y / Generation Z) have a sense of value and freedom, and therefore the historically grounded, traditional blue and red style is ineffective.
- To develop forcing (red) and operational (blue) leadership skills in case of young, budding managers with dominant green and yellow styles.

Why does leadership need a balance?Every person, and therefore also every leader or superior has some dominant features and at the same time, some deficits. Everyone has their own individual "personality map" expressed in 4 colours. The bottom line is that each colour is characterized by different behaviours, attitudes and communication styles. We know from experience that the effectiveness of a leader increases when he/she develops skills in each of the four leadership styles corresponding to the Jungian concept of colours. That is why we promote well– balanced leadership – we shape versatile leaders.
How do we work?
We start from the diagnosis of the situation – an analysis that takes different forms (interview, strategic workshops, 360 leadership versatility analysis, shadowing, coaching sessions). This is the stage of preparation for the proper project.

- Due to historical conditions, in Poland the dominant colours of superiors are red and blue (arbitrary boss says what he expects, requires, he focuses on improving, implementation and optimization). The real challenge for most organizations is to "equip" managers with communication skills in green and yellow (inspiring leader who guides people, supports and strengthens them and is open to change). It should be remembered that the red– and– blue management style is not suited for the management of young people (who are just entering the labour market) who value freedom and are willing to grow.
